When I breath in and out, I observe myself that the air just use my body as the passing way up and down, it moves like the vertical line. Here is the explanation for this.
First, there is no meaning for this. Breathing happens by its own. It is the nature. It is useless if you, as the part of the nature, try to define nature, you fail. Thus, there is no meaning for breathing naturally. I told you that because there might be someone who still give the reason why we have to be alive. Sorry,
the nature has never care the reason that your mind created.
Actually, the mind is the by-product of the society. The society want you to be alive “because” you can serve people in the society but to be happy, the reason has never been involved. The society care the reason why you alive not your vitality.
Watch yourself while you breathing. When you breath in, you take air to yourself. I suggest you to put it to yourself slowly as much as possible. You “know” that the air is entering to you. The coming air will purify your blood. Then breath out deeply as you can do. Feel the air at the end of your nose. Breath in. Breath out. Feel it. Watch it. The air moves vertically. That is the reason why your head is shorter than your body because air can vitalise the body more than your thinking brain.
Give your life time to be the vertical line. It is the core of life that you can rely on. It is the present time that you can feel happy.
That is why people sign when they feel unhappy or stressful. Just one shot of “sigh” can relive their stress. Meditation is just the continuous “sigh”. It could cure your surfing. Actually, it did not but it just help you put your mind aside for a while.
Thinking can wait. You think all day.
