Writing: The Way to Watch Your Stream of Thoughts with Beauty.

Thinking has been the most part of our life. When you wake you, you start to think what is the next step for each day even if your lifestyle is boring like the salaryman. There are so many thoughts that comes to you in each day and we have no time to stop thinking.

That is because we cannot stop thinking. It is like the river. It will be nonsense if you try to stop the flow of the river. The stream of river will not disappear as long as its origin exist. Thinking will not disappear as long as desire exists. Because desire always make us suffering. Basically, it makes us feet not enough. This very present moment has never been good for you. You must have something, so you will be happy. You must become someone important, so you will become happy. To be honest, life is simpler than you think. You don’t have to get something special or become someone important to response the body’s need. The body’s need is so basic.

Thoughts come to figure out how to fulfil desire and let you imagine when it is completed.

That is how the stream of thoughts comes. When you meditate or try to calm your mind at least, you would like to be away from your thoughts. That will create tension. You cannot stop the stream.

The stream of the river is beautiful, so is the stream of the thought.

Instead of stopping it, watch it. Enjoy it. That is what you can do. Meditation could help you but the concept is that you have to be able to watch the stream. Meditation is  to the only way you can watch it.

Right now I am writing this. All of what I have written so far was once in my head. What i just do is to bring it out to the pair and the world. I can see how beautiful this flow of thought. If you sit for a while, think about anything, and write it out. You can see your own stream of thought. You will see that the mind is beautiful. After you write things down and look then back, you will see it. You will be amazed how many words are arranged wonderfully from your mind.

Just write even if you don’t know what you are going to write. Write “I don’t know what I am going to write.” Believe me. When you hand move, things will happen on its own. Having no ideas will be no longer to be the obstacle for you to write..I mean to watch. Writing will help you raise consciousness. It will bring thoughts from your head in front of your mind.

Your mind is always beautiful, and you can realise this only you watch it.
