Too much stress is not good. Too low stress is also not good. The suitable stress will help you live your life much better.
Basically, human becomes stressful because changes exist. Your mind usually predict the future.
Your mind is the tank of the memory that can produce the imagination.
When things don’t happen as you expected, you feel stressful. The brain is warning you to do something. Thus, if you feel too much stressful, you may misunderstood that they are out of your control, and you continue misunderstood that you have to control everything to meet your expectation.
That is not healthy. Can you see how egocentric the stressful people are? Instead of changing their thoughts, they want to change others things and people around them. They feel as if they are the center and things must follow on the behalf of them.

No, if you have never felt serious, doesn’t mean that you don’t have any problem in your life. Doesn’t mean that you are the happiest person in the universe. Sometime the inner basic needs call you, you have to response them such as the basic need – food, clothes, accommodation, medicine and safely.
I just think about the chemical substance “Dopamine”. it is the substance that motivates people to hunt for what they want both inner needs and the desire from ego. If you don’t feel any serious, it is as if Dopamine has never existed in your brain, and that is the problem. You will definitely die just because you lose the ability to survive.
Too much has never been good. Too little has never been good. Suitable stress will help you live healthy.
