Many people say “they can be free after they die”. Of course, why not? You cannot do anything after they die. They don’t have to control anything. To be exact, they “cannot” control anything. You die. It is over!

That is why committing suicide is the top mind for the people who have so many problems that make them anxious.

For them, death is the only way to help them throw every problem that they have hold so far.

However, they misunderstood something important.

First, the death will lead them just the half  of freedom. In the other word,, they don’t understand the meaning of the freedom. Freedom. Freedom is not just the situation you will free “from” but also the situation that you can free “for”

Yes, that is what the one who commit suicide has never asked himself. He just contemplate to his own problems, write the goodbye letter and kill himself. He has never really though the freedom after his death.

When the self-killer have never thought about the afterlife, he has never been free

Therefore, what is death actually?

Death is not the end. Many people think that it is the end of everything but it is not. If it is the end, it should be the end of the ego. As I mention, when you die, “you can do nothing”. Doing nothing is the core concept of the total relaxation. You can turn death into the meditation. You can die with the total alertness. Here is the core concept of meditation. Click here.

When you die, ego will die.

Ego is invisible. It has no form. It is the idea. Just the idea that you hold and welcome it as your center. You try to replace your idea to your true self. That is the problem. Stress happens. Ego turns you to be against the nature of your own.

What does it mean when you become stressful? …find out tomorrow.

  1. Love it, Jade. Yes, the only thing that dies is the ego and the body, but never the “person”. But the view clears which might not always be a relief. You said well, they should get to know something about the afterlife before…
