What No One Tells You about “Freedom”

It is just about the perennial questions involving humanity: the query of freedom and also responsibility.

If that you are free, you interpret it like now there is no responsibility.

Friedrich Nietzsche stated that “God is dead, and man is free. ” Plus the next sentence this individual wrote is, “Now you can do whatsoever you want to do. There is no responsibility. God is dead, man is free, and there is no responsibility. ”

At this time, he was completely wrong; when there is no God, there is tremendous responsibility on the shoulders. If there exists a God, he could share your duty. You can toss your responsibility on Him: you could say, “It is you who have made the world; it is you who have made me that way; it is you that is finally, ultimately, accountable, not me. How does someone be ultimately accountable? I am only a creature, and that you are the creator. Why have an individual put seeds involving corruption in everyone and seeds involving sin in me right from the start? You are accountable. I am totally free. ”

In fact, if there isn’t God, man is utterly responsible for his or her acts.

There is no way to toss responsibility on everyone else. When I say to you that you will be free, I mean that you will be responsible. You are not able to throw responsibility on anybody else, that you are alone. And whatsoever you choose to do, it is your doing. You cannot say that another person forced you to perform it — since you also are free; no one can force an individual! Because you usually are free, it is your decision to take action or not to perform something.

Nevertheless the mind is very cunning, the mind interprets in its very own way: it always continues on listening to what it wants being. It goes on interpreting things in its very own way. The mind never tries to recognise what really would be the truth. It has taken that decision witout a doubt.

People continue on talking about liberty, but they don’t want freedom exactly, they really want irresponsibility.

They request freedom, but strong down, unconsciously, they request irresponsibility, licence. Overall flexibility is maturity; licence is extremely childish. Freedom is possible only when you are so integrated that you could take the responsibility of being free. The world isn’t free because consumers are not mature.

Revolutionaries are doing many things down from the centuries, but almost everything fails. Utopians have been recently continuously thinking of how to make man free, but nobody bothers — because man can’t be free unless he or she is integrated.

So when I say ’freedom’, Come on, man be responsible. Greater responsible you become, the more free you feel; or, the more free you feel, the more responsibility comes on you. Then…

You need to be very alert to what you do, what you assert.

Even about your small unconscious gestures you need to be very alert — because there may be nobody else to manipulate you, it should be only you. When I say to you that you will be free, I mean that you will be a God. It’s not necessarily licence, it is tremendous discipline.

  1. I forgot to mention how great your blog is structured and designed. It’s amazing. And your post, such a great piece to input. I was recently looking into a few studies about how people tend to forget the small things given to them and take them for granted.

Take, for instance, the ability to hear. The average person forget to take that gift as a blessing and yet there are thousands of people who never heard a single sound in their life. It was until I watched them put on hearing aids for the first time in their life and heard their first sound that sparked an amazement in me. The look on their faces. It was shock and happiness.

    1. Glad you mention about the ability to hear. We usually overlook what we normally do well. Breathing, for example. We won’t care until we got cold. Thus, be happy wit what we normally can do even everything goes smoothly and happily. thank you o much for your sincere comment. 🙂

  2. I love that post, Jade. Everybody wants to be free but so many are not willing to take responsibility for their lives. They want to be left alone and not care for anything and that is the big misunderstanding of freedom. Freedom doesn’t mean having no responsibility anymore but taking responsibility for their lives.
