Of course, this video is mostly voiced by the kid but it has many amazing ideas to learn about your happy brain.

1. If you are physically or mentally hurt, you are not the only one who experience pain. For example, if your head is hit, I feel the pain on my head through my brain too.

2. That is why compassion is possible! We share the common needs and pain as human. Do not lose your hope to turn yourself and this world better although there are so many tragedies like terrorisms and natural disaster.

3. Compassion is the ability to heal people indeed. If you start to change this world, you will lose yourself like MahatmGandhi who said “the best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the services of others” No, in this video, you need yourself to be changed. Be more gratitude enough to help others. That is how the happy brain works.

Darkness is the absence of light. Fear is just the absence of love.  Your brain is amazing and always ready for you to please others. You just need to be aware of the the little good things around you.
