When you think of the good old days, you feel so depressed.

You even would like to exist there.

When you think of the bright future, you feel so anxious.

We would like to see ourselves and the world as the results of our actions.

Thinking of past and future kills your existence.

Your mind is either in the past or future

but your body is still at the present.

Your body without mind is just the object.

All have been taught for a long time

that the past is connected to present and future.

Now you should be enlightened

that the present has never connected to them.

You cannot exist either in the past or future.

You can only exist at the present.

Plus

time is up to your emotion

Time passes so slowly when suffering comes.

Time passes so quickly when happiness comes.

The more you think of past and future,

The more time you are suffered from depression and anxiety.

The more slowly time passes by.

The more you think of past and future,

The more time you are suffered from depression and anxiety.

The more slowly time passes by.

The more you think of past and future,

The more time you are suffered from depression and anxiety.

The more slowly time passes by.

You are trapped!

That is why I would like to suggest you

Stop killing yourself by thinking of the past and future.

Stop taking your mind out of your body.

Live your life right now and here.

So you can restore your mind to your body.

You are not connected either to the past or future.

You  are not connected either to the depression or anxiety.

Finally,

you will rest in peace without passing away.
